Generally, we find infill sites in well located suburbs throughout the growth areas of Melbourne with good linkages to transport and shops. We look at sites where the planning and building issues will allow for a quick completion of the project. Most of our developments will be for residential use with some having a small commercial component. As Project Manager we guide the development from site selection, sourcing of finance, the design and building stages, organising presales through to the final completion.

As most of our developments range from $3 million to $6 million end value, we seek serious investors to join one of our unit trusts. For larger investors we can find specific sites for their needs alone. We are highly motivated to achieve the best possible outcome since the more profitable the development, the better we are rewarded.

We have an extensive network of contacts that supply potential sites. Many of the development properties we purchase are not yet advertised. Our many years of experience in the property industry enable us to only select sites with the best potential.

There is no requirement or pressure to go with any particular project; the figures and the opportunity speak for themselves. We expect to have a new opportunity every three months. We accept the first to commit to each new project.
